The RW63 is located in the heart of the Nauwieser district, the vibrant center of Saarbrücken. The bus stop for the shuttle bus to HTW and the university is right outside the front door. The main train station and St. Johanner Markt are just a few minutes‘ walk away. An organic market and a supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity.

Reservations can only be made via the booking system on our website. Simply follow the steps on the website and you will be guided through the booking process.
You can pay using any of the payment methods accepted by our payment partner Stripe.
These currently include credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Alipay, and many more.
Payment is made after booking (conclusion of the rental agreement) in a single payment for the entire semester.
No, you do not have to register for electricity, water, and internet yourself. The apartments are rented on an all-inclusive basis, covering all consumption-based ancillary costs.
In general, we only rent apartments for one semester at a time.
It is not necessary to bring your own furniture, as the apartments are fully and comfortably furnished.
The move-in date depends on the official start of the semester. This means that the move-in date for the summer semester is April 1 and the move-in date for the winter semester is October 1 of each year.
We do not offer apartments for traditional shared apartments, but it is possible to move into one of our duplex apartments as a couple.
